EXHIBITION HALL

Natural Gas: Overhead gas lines with stubs are available for drop lines to the exhibition floor at fifteen (15) locations.

Restrooms: There are three restroom facilities for Men and Women, plus an additional three (3) single occupancy Family restrooms. All restrooms are ADA accessible. There are a total of 70 fixtures. The restrooms can be divided, through the use of portable partitions, in a range of different possibilities from 42 women's fixtures and 28 men's fixtures to 26 women's fixtures and 44 men's fixtures depending on the type of event.

Baby Changing Stations: There are nine (9) baby changing stations, one (1) in each restroom.

THE GRANDSTANDS

The Grandstands can hold up to 7,500 and make a perfect outdoor venue for special events like stage shows, circuses and rodeos.
During the Clark County Fair, the Grandstands are home to national concert acts, bull riding, motorcross competitions and monster truck races.

The Fair Site Management Group (FSMG) is pleased to offer the Clark County Event Center at rental rates that are very competitive within the industry. FSMG has the flexibility to negotiate facility rentals and terms of rent, such as standard rates plus reimbursable expenses, all-inclusive flat fees, or percentages of event revenues, above or below industry standards. GENERAL TERMS, POLICIES AND CONDITIONS:

FSMG considers the following when evaluating rental requests: MORE

  • The income potential from the event.
  • The economic impact on the community.
  • The development of repeat business.
  • The reputation of the Event Center as a venue for quality event programming.
  • The risk and liability for the Event Center and the public.
  • The ability of the promoter / presenter to successfully finance and produce the event.
  • The balancing of programming presented to the public.

FSMG requires event promoters / presenters seeking to book events at the Event Center to demonstrate knowledge of and/or the capacity to:

  • Successfully produce the event in a manner that satisfies all contractual obligations.
  • Ensure the Safety of the public as well as the facilities and its staff.
  • Demonstrate experience using facilities similar to the Event Center with space usage regulations, crowd control, and public assembly procedures.
  • Produce and manage an appropriate event budget.
  • Plan and implement a successful event marketing campaign.
  • Maintain financial solvency.

We invite you to join us as the Clark County Event Center produces the 6th annual Clark County Holiday Gift Fair, taking place November 20-22, 2015.

At last year's show we saw attendance of over 6,000 attendees! The wonderful community holiday choir and dance talent was a big draw. We had such positive feedback from both attendees and vendors and will continue to highlight that tradition of our show. We have a variety of festive activities in the works that we will update as we get closer to the show.

Our healthy advertising budget will continue to strive for morning show coverage and media marketing during prime time news slots and radio drive times. In addition, a local poster ad campaign and e-marketing promotions to our event data base of over 10,000 Clark County Fair and Event Center contacts will be utilized to achieve maximum attendance. Show information will also be posted on our social media web pages. Our I-5 reader board will advertise the event to over 70,000 drivers daily.

Please complete the vendor application and submit with your space preference request and we will get back to you to confirm your acceptance into the show.

While we don't guarantee exclusivity, we will be selective in our choice of vendors to avoid an over representation of certain products.
